This is clearly an outstanding piece of excellent skill and design. The cemetery of the headpiece and design of the the bottom of the gown gives off a distinctly religious feel, as do her sandals and feather collar. The pendant is very distinct and looks slightly out of place in the middle view but in the "activated" view it fits perfectly. The intricate wings are an excellent touch of detail and give the impression of both power and majesty, perfect for a high priestess.
Now for the negatives, of which their are few. The feathers are a nice touch on the collar, but they are an isolated idea and I feel that continuing down the back of the for a short while, or reappearing at the sleeves of the garment would be preferable, but this issue is mainly a matter of opinion. Despite the description her hair seems more bone white than silver and this just doesn't suit and significantly lowers the images impact. In the activated image her are redder but I feel this isn't noticeable enough and that they could be brighter or glowing to show her red eye trait more clearly. In the activated view her hands, hair and headpiece are glowing, but I feel an opportunity has been missed that the amulet isn't glowing also, and that the insignias on the gown, particularly the lower parts, don't also light up as if this were to happen it would draw attention to these details and give significantly more impact to the image.
This is excellent work and I hope I have been of some assistance.
